About Caerphilly Supporting People Programme

The Caerphilly County Borough Supporting People team can support you if you need to move home, need help to access other services, help with budgeting and benefits, accessing education or employment and advice around maintaining your physical and mental health.

The service is open to you whether you rent from the Council, Housing Association or a private landlord or even if you own your home.

If you think that you or someone you know could benefit from support, contact their services or browse their website to find out more.

Who is this for?

Anybody over the age of 16 and needing housing related support can apply, either on an on-going basis or just for the short term.

If you’re not eligible for Supporting Programme, there may be other services available to you.  Please contact Caerphilly FIS to find out more.
