About Carmarthenshire Supporting People Programme

The Supporting People Programme provides housing-related support to help people live as independently as possible.

We can support you whether you’re living in your own home, in a hostel, sheltered housing, or other specialist supported housing.

The housing-related support we offer includes essential help with life skills such as managing your tenancy, dealing with other agencies and/or budgeting which are an important part of living independently.

Our aim is to help prevent individuals and families becoming homeless ending up in emergency hospital or residential care.

Who is this for?

Anyone who needs help to keep their home.

If you’re not eligible for Supporting People Programme there may be other services available to you.  Please contact Carmarthenshire FIS to find out more.
