About Conwy Supporting People Programme

The Supporting People Programme people prevents homelessness and can support your family if you are at risk of losing your home to stay living independently in the community.

Supporting People Programme offers a wide range of services, depending on you and your family’s needs. They can support you whether you have your own home or have a tenancy with a private landlord or an RSL (Registered Social Landlord).

Who is this for?

The Supporting People Programme can support you if you are at risk of losing your home or require support to regain your independence.

If you’re not eligible for Supporting People Programme, there may be other services available to you.  Please contact Conwy FIS to find out more.
