    If you or your family are struggling with some difficult problems, there is support available for you.
  • Family Lives
    Family Lives offers a confidential and free helpline service (previously known as Parentline).  Call 0808 800 2222 for information, advice, guidance and support on any aspect of parenting and family life, including bullying.
  • Gingerbread
    Support and practical advice for single parents.
  • Grandparents Association
    Advice, information and support for grandparents, including those with full-time care of their grandchildren, those who’ve lost contact with them, and more. Services include a website, a general helpline, a welfare benefits helpline, support groups and factsheets.
  • Kinship Carers
    If you are caring for a young relative – niece/nephew, grandchild, younger cousin, or friend’s child, Kinship Carers can provide support and guidance, and signpost you to legal advice.

    Conwy and Denbighshire Bond Scheme aims to help people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to secure accommodation via a deposit guarantee in place of a cash deposit payment to a private landlord.
  • Homeless emergency support
    If you are about to become homeless, you will be given help to find  temporary accommodation.
  • Nest – support with your energy bills
    If you own or privately rent your home and you or someone you live with receives means tested benefit then you may qualify for support with your bills.
