About Denbighshire Supporting People Programme
Supporting People is a Welsh Government programme that provides housing-related support to anyone over the age of 16 who is at risk of losing their home.
Supporting People offers a range of services that can help you develop the skills and confidence you need to live independently in the community and avoid becoming homeless. These include:
- developing life and domestic skills
- budgeting and managing money
- accessing other services and opportunities
- establishing safety and security
It’s easy to ask for housing related supported, you can either contact them directly, or if you prefer you can ask a friend or family member, health professional or social worker to get in touch.
Who is this for?
Anyone over the age of 16 who needs housing related support.
