Help with Rights & Responsibilities

The Family Information Service

The Family Information Service (FIS) is the first point of contact for local information and advice for parents and families.

They provide information and support about services including childcare (and costs), health, things to do, additional needs, education, parenting and more.

They can link you with groups in your area and expert advice and support services where needed.

Supporting People

The Supporting People programme provides housing-related support to help people overcome challenges to living independently.

The programme works with you to prevent future difficulties by providing help as early as possible.
