The Supporting People Scheme provides support to people who are at risk of losing their tenancy and becoming homeless. They provide housing-related support services and helps you to live independently in the community.
This could be in your own home or in hostels, sheltered housing, or other specialist supported housing. They provide complementary support for people who may also need personal or medical care.
