We can provide a variety of information, in a range of formats, which include information on:

  • Registered Childminders
  • Registered Nurseries
  • Cylchoedd Meithrin / Playgroups
  • Cylchoedd Ti a Fi / Parent Toddler groups
  • Out of school clubs
  • Holiday clubs

Also including:

  • Events for all the family across Gwynedd
  • Support agencies
  • Financial support
  • Digital literacy
  • Family life and much more

From 3.7.17, Gwynedd Ni Family Information Service will be piloting a drop in session for the next six months.

As well as contacting the service through e-mail, phone, Internet and a Facebook page, drop in sessions will be available to you at the following places between 10am and 3pm:

  • Pwllheli Library – first Monday of every month
  • Blaenau Ffestiniog Library – second Monday of every month
  • Caernarfon Library – third Monday of every month

Gwynedd Supporting People Programme

Additional Needs / Disability / Health and Well-being / Homelessness / Housing

The Supporting People Scheme provides support to people who are at risk of losing their tenancy and becoming homeless. They provide housing-related support services and helps you to live independently in the community.

This could be in your own home or in hostels, sheltered housing, or other specialist supported housing. They provide complementary support for people who may also need personal or medical care.
