About Powys Supporting People Programme

The Supporting People Programme can help you and your family if you are at risk of homelessness or social isolation to live their life independently.

Their aim is to help you work out what you need and help you find the best solution.  The support is delivered by local organisations based on what housing support you and your family need.

The support is based in key four areas of Powys:

  • Montgomeryshire,
  • Radnorshire
  • Brecon area
  • Ystradgynlais area

Each area can provide specialist services for people experiencing domestic abuse, young people at risk, or people with sensory disabilities. 

The support aims to  deliver  what you need to prevent you from losing your home and gain the skills and confidence you need to help you to live independently and feel part of your local community.

Who is this for?

All people at risk of homelessness and/or social isolation
